My art practice is mostly made up of installations depicting a specific scene or interesting objects. The media employed mainly includes sculptural work that makes use of different materials such as wood, metal, plaster, textiles, and clay, among others. In the future I aspire to apply all this knowledge from my actual practice to participate in the film industry, as a production/set designer, as well as in other diverse projects. The primary goal of my pieces is to build these moments in time where my viewers are able to connect in a way in which they realise that the world isn’t that serious and sometimes is more just about the beauty of the everyday.

One of the key inspirations for my work are the photos I take or find spontaneously in my day-to-day life, which eventually become base ideas that I transform and fuse together, resulting in the creation of specific objects or scenes as a form of world building. The reliance on organic forms not following a perfect finish is one of the focal elements of my pieces, intending to let the work flow by itself in certain aspects that makes it both unique and ordinary at once, rebelling against perfectionism.

Overall, I strive to make my spectator feel understood and connected; to make this scenery I am creating ultimately evoke the feeling of being at ease and not alone, to remind them to not forget that we are here to live.
